Privacy Policy

In short: your camera, your voice, your terminals and your code stay on your computer. We keep only what we need to run your account and your purchase, and we never sell it.

1. Who we are

This policy covers the Agent Clan desktop app, your Agent Clan account and this website. They are run by [Your name] (“we”), an individual developer based in Taiwan. For anything about your data, email [support email].

2. What stays on your computer

  • Camera. Hand tracking runs on your computer. Each frame is thrown away once it has been read.
  • Your voice. Speech is turned into text on your computer. We never receive the recording.
  • Your work. Terminal contents, prompts, code, and file and folder names.
  • Your setup. Characters, rooms, settings and the mods in your Workshop folder.
  • Your AI sign-ins. Your Claude Code, Codex and other AI accounts.

3. What goes to the AI services you use

Agent Clan starts Claude Code, Codex and similar tools on your computer. What you ask an agent, including the text made from your voice, and the files it reads go from your computer to that tool’s provider, such as Anthropic or OpenAI, under that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. It does not pass through us, and we don’t store it.

4. What we collect, and why

Agent Clan doesn’t send crash reports or usage statistics today. If we add them, they will stay off until you turn them on.

5. Payments

Lemon Squeezy sells Agent Clan Pro as the merchant of record. It handles your payment, billing address and taxes under its own privacy policy, and sends us your name, email, order and license key. We never receive your card number.

6. Who helps us

These services help us run Agent Clan. Each gets only what it needs for its part:

  • Supabase: accounts and our database.
  • Lemon Squeezy: checkout, receipts, taxes, refunds and license keys.
  • An email delivery service: account emails, such as confirming your email and resetting your password.
  • Cloudflare: hosting this website.
  • Google and Apple: only if you choose to sign in with them.
  • Hugging Face: the app downloads its speech model from there once. Like any download, Hugging Face sees your IP address.

So your data may be stored and handled outside Taiwan. We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t share it for advertising.

7. This website

This website keeps a few essential things in your browser so it works: your language and your cookie choices. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional and stay off unless you accept them; none are in use today. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

8. How long we keep it

  • Your account and computers: while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete them within 30 days.
  • Orders: as long as tax and accounting laws require. Lemon Squeezy keeps its own records too.
  • Emails with us: up to 2 years after the conversation ends.

9. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your data, or ask us to stop using it. Email [support email] from your account’s address and we’ll reply within 30 days. In Taiwan these are your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act. In the EU, the UK, California and other places, you have the rights your local law gives you, including complaining to your data protection authority.

An account needs an email address. Without one you can’t make an account, and Agent Clan can’t be used without an account.

10. Children

Agent Clan is not meant for children under 13 (under 16 in the EU), and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us data, tell us and we’ll delete it.

11. Keeping it safe

Everything between the app, this website and our services is encrypted in transit. Only the people who need it to run Agent Clan can see your account. No system is perfectly safe; if a breach affects your data, we’ll tell you as the law requires.

12. Changes

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change matters to you, we’ll also tell you in the app or by email before it applies.

簡單說：你的鏡頭畫面、聲音、終端機和程式碼都留在你的電腦上。我們只保留經營帳號和處理購買需要的資料，而且絕不出售。

1. 我們是誰

這份政策適用於 Agent Clan 桌面 App、你的 Agent Clan 帳號和這個網站，由在台灣的個人開發者〔你的名字〕（以下稱「我們」）經營。跟你的資料有關的任何問題，請寫信到 〔客服 email〕。

2. 留在你電腦上的資料

  • 鏡頭畫面。手勢辨識在你的電腦上進行，每張畫面讀完就丟掉。
  • 你的聲音。語音在你的電腦上轉成文字，我們不會收到錄音。
  • 你的工作內容。終端機內容、提示詞、程式碼、檔案和資料夾名稱。
  • 你的設定。角色、場景、各種設定，以及工坊資料夾裡的模組。
  • 你的 AI 帳號登入。Claude Code、Codex 和其他 AI 服務的帳號。

3. 會送到你使用的 AI 服務的資料

Agent Clan 會在你的電腦上啟動 Claude Code、Codex 等工具。你交代 agent 的內容（包括語音轉成的文字）和它讀取的檔案，會從你的電腦直接送到該工具的服務商，例如 Anthropic 或 OpenAI，並依該服務商自己的條款和隱私政策處理。這些內容不經過我們，我們也不會保存。

4. 我們蒐集的資料和用途

資料用途
你的 email 和密碼；如果用 Google 或 Apple 登入，則是他們提供的姓名和 email。密碼只由我們的登入服務以單向雜湊保存。讓你登入 App 和這個網站。
你的方案、訂單編號、序號、購買日期和更新期間。開通付費版和包含的更新。
付費版：每台電腦的硬體識別碼經單向雜湊後的代碼（不會送出識別碼本身）、電腦名稱和最後使用時間。讓一個帳號的付費版最多用在 2 台電腦，並讓你移除其中一台。
每次打開 App 時：你的登入狀態、上述電腦代碼和 App 版本。確認你的方案。因此 Agent Clan 需要連上網路。
你寫信給我們的內容。回覆你。

Agent Clan 目前不會傳送當機報告或使用統計。如果之後加入，在你開啟之前都會保持關閉。

依《個人資料保護法》，我們蒐集上述資料的特定目的為：契約、類似契約或其他法律關係事務（〇六九）、消費者、客戶管理與服務（〇九〇）、網路購物及其他電子商務服務（一四八）。資料類別為識別個人者（例如姓名、email）、訂單與交易紀錄（不含卡號）和電腦識別代碼。

5. 付款

Agent Clan 付費版由 Lemon Squeezy 以代理銷售商（merchant of record）的身分銷售。它依自己的隱私政策處理你的付款、帳單地址和稅務資料，並把你的姓名、email、訂單和序號提供給我們。我們不會收到你的卡號。

6. 協助我們的服務

以下服務協助我們經營 Agent Clan，每一家只拿到它負責的部分需要的資料：

  • Supabase：帳號和資料庫。
  • Lemon Squeezy：結帳、收據、稅務、退款和序號。
  • 寄信服務：帳號相關的信，例如驗證 email、重設密碼。
  • Cloudflare：這個網站的主機。
  • Google 和 Apple：只在你選擇用它們登入時。
  • Hugging Face：App 會從這裡下載一次語音模型。跟任何下載一樣，Hugging Face 會看到你的 IP 位址。

因此你的資料可能在台灣以外的地區保存和處理。我們不出售你的個人資料，也不把它提供給廣告用途。

7. 這個網站

這個網站會在你的瀏覽器裡保存幾項必要資料，網站才能正常運作：你選的語言和 Cookie 選擇。分析和行銷 Cookie 是選用的，你同意之前都不會啟用；目前也沒有使用。你隨時可以在每一頁最下面的「Cookie 設定」更改。

8. 保存多久

  • 帳號和電腦資料：帳號存在期間。你刪除帳號後，我們會在 30 天內刪除。
  • 訂單：依稅務和會計法規要求的期間保存。Lemon Squeezy 也會保存它自己的紀錄。
  • 跟我們往來的信件：對話結束後最多保存 2 年。

9. 你的權利

你可以要求查詢、閱覽、更正、取得副本或刪除你的資料，也可以要求我們停止蒐集、處理或利用。請用帳號的 email 寫信到 〔客服 email〕，我們會在 30 天內回覆。這些是你依台灣《個人資料保護法》第 3 條享有的權利；如果你在歐盟、英國、美國加州或其他地區，也享有當地法律給你的權利，包括向當地的個資主管機關申訴。

建立帳號需要 email。不提供 email 就無法建立帳號，而沒有帳號就無法使用 Agent Clan。

10. 兒童

Agent Clan 不是為未滿 13 歲（歐盟為 16 歲）的兒童設計的，我們也不會在知情的情況下蒐集他們的資料。如果你認為有兒童提供了資料給我們，請告訴我們，我們會刪除。

11. 資料安全

App、網站和我們的服務之間傳輸的資料都經過加密。只有經營 Agent Clan 需要的人才看得到你的帳號資料。沒有任何系統是絕對安全的；如果發生外洩並影響到你的資料，我們會依法通知你。

12. 政策更新

政策有更動時，我們會更新最上面的日期。如果更動對你有影響，我們也會在生效前透過 App 或 email 通知你。
