Refund Policy

Try Free first. If Pro still isn’t right for you, ask within 14 days of buying it and you get all your money back. No questions asked.

Within 14 days

Any Agent Clan Pro purchase can be refunded in full, taxes included, within 14 days of the purchase date, for any reason.

After that

We don’t normally refund after 14 days, but we will when:

  • you were charged twice, or by mistake;
  • Pro doesn’t work on a computer that meets the system requirements, and we can’t fix it within a reasonable time;
  • the law where you live requires it.

How to ask

  1. Reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt, or email [support email], with your order number. You can find it on your orders page.
  2. Lemon Squeezy returns the money to the way you paid. It usually arrives in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens after a refund

Your account goes back to Free, and the license key stops working. Your projects, characters, settings and mods stay on your computer.

What we can’t refund

Fees you pay Anthropic, OpenAI or any other AI service you use with Agent Clan are between you and them. Ask them about those.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before you dispute a charge with your bank; it’s faster for you. A chargeback ends Pro on the account, the same as a refund. We may refuse refunds to someone who keeps buying and refunding.

Your rights

This policy adds to the rights your local consumer law gives you. It doesn’t replace them.

先用免費版試試看。買了付費版還是覺得不適合，購買後 14 天內提出就全額退款，不問原因。

14 天內

Agent Clan 付費版在購買日起 14 天內，不論任何原因，都可以全額退款（含稅）。

超過 14 天

超過 14 天原則上不退款，但以下情形我們會退：

  • 重複扣款或誤刷；
  • 付費版在符合系統需求的電腦上無法使用，而我們無法在合理時間內修好；
  • 你所在地的法律要求退款。

怎麼申請

  1. 直接回覆 Lemon Squeezy 寄給你的收據，或寫信到 〔客服 email〕，附上訂單編號。訂單編號可以在你的訂單頁找到。
  2. Lemon Squeezy 會把款項退回你原本的付款方式，通常 5 到 10 個工作天入帳，實際時間依你的銀行而定。

退款之後

你的帳號會回到免費版，序號也會失效。你的專案、角色、設定和模組都還留在你的電腦上。

我們無法退的費用

你搭配 Agent Clan 使用的 Anthropic、OpenAI 或其他 AI 服務的費用，是你和該服務之間的事，請向它們詢問。

刷卡爭議

向銀行提出刷卡爭議之前，請先寫信給我們，處理起來比較快。刷卡爭議退回的款項跟退款一樣，會結束該帳號的付費版。一再購買又退款的人，我們可以拒絕退款。

你的權利

這份政策是在你所在地消費者保護法給你的權利之外再加上的保障，不會取代那些權利。
